Ana Neir is an associate attorney at Conmy Feste Ltd. Her practice focuses on civil litigation.
Ana is a native of Jamestown, North Dakota. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. In 2020, she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota (UND) School of Law.
As an undergraduate student, she worked at Thomson Reuters - Westlaw. After she completed her undergraduate degree, Ana worked for a regional child support enforcement unit. While in law school, Ana served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Shon Hastings at the United States Bankruptcy Court. She also served as a teaching assistant with the Lawyering Skills program, a member of the North Dakota Law Review, and the President of the Moot Court Association. Ana received high-grade awards in Advanced Legal Research, Insurance Law, Administrative Law, Clerkship & Case Codification, and Civil Pre-Trial Practice. Before joining Conmy Feste, she clerked for a civil litigation firm in Fargo.
The UND School of Law faculty elected Ana to the Order of Barristers, a national honorary organization for law students who demonstrate exceptional oral advocacy and brief writing skills. The UND School of Law elected her to the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for students who graduate in the top 10% of their J.D. program.
Ana is licensed to practice in North Dakota. She is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota and the Ronald N. Davies Inn of Court. She volunteers with the JPII Catholic Schools and United Way.
When Ana is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family at Bingo, ice skating, dance recitals, and helping her dad with their family farm.
