Jeremy
D. Holmes is a shareholder in the firm. Jeremy focuses his practice
on real estate, business transactions and creditor’s rights.
In his real estate practice, Jeremy advises clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Jeremy assists clients with title opinions, purchase/sale transactions, leasing agreements, quiet-title actions, mortgage foreclosures, real estate financing and commercial development.
Jeremy also handles commercial financing and loan transactions for lenders. He drafts loan agreements, security agreements, mortgages and related loan documentation.
Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Dakota State University in 1997. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa in 2000. He has been with the firm since 2000.
Jeremy is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Dakota and Minnesota. He is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, Minnesota State Bar Association and Cass County Bar Association.
Jeremy is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Fargo and a member of NDSU Team Makers.
